Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor to produce assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at MMC quality levels
  • Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
  • Transport materials and products safely throughout the facility
  • Inspect parts and document findings on appropriate paperwork as needed
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures, including safety regulations
  • Notify management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, and personal injuries
Requirements
  • Prior work-related experience preferred
  • Must have prior forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Must be available to work 3rd shift, 11p-7a
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as required
Benefits
  • Full-time, direct hire with competitive wages starting at $16/hr., plus a shift premium of $1.50 for 3rd shift
  • Comprehensive health benefits begin on the first of the month following 60 days of employment
