Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Snow Removal Specialist to join our team at Heartland Harvest Landscape. As a Snow Removal Specialist, you will be responsible for preforming snow removal and landscaping tasks, both year-round and during winter months. Your duties will include operating snow removal equipment, spreading ice melt, and assisting with daily tasks. Key Responsibilities
  • Preform snow removal and landscaping tasks, including operating snow removal equipment and spreading ice melt
  • Assist with daily tasks, including lawn mowing, weeding, and mulching
  • Work collaboratively with the Landscape Foreman to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company policies and procedures

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions
