Revel IT is seeking a highly skilled Vector Data Creation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality vector data for airfields, including runways, taxiways, aprons, lighting, and markings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of functional, allocated, and product baselines and controlled data.
  • Adhere to all configuration management and change management policies.
  • Responsible for production of vector data creation, including tree correlation, building footprint correlation, road correlation, and water correlation.
  • Responsible for production of vector data for creation of airfields, including runways, taxiways, aprons, lighting, markings, and any other vector data needed for creation of airfields.
  • Responsible for time management and must adhere to budgets for assigned tasks.
  • Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks.
  • Able to adhere to a work schedule, including prompt and regular attendance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with creation of vector data with ArcMap software.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with creation of airfield vector data with either Presagis Creator or 3DS Max.
  • Minimum one year of Adobe Photoshop experience.
  • Basic knowledge of FAA and ICAO airfield standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with Jira.
  • Previous experience with Photoshop, ArcMap, and 3dsMax or Presagis Creator.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications.
  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret general documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Able to write reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
