Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in CLINIC LOCATION. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and providing a plan of care for patient caseloads. You will also be responsible for documenting patient treatments in our electronic medical record (EMR) system and supervising support staff, including physical therapist assistants (PTAs) and aides.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patient caseloads, including developing and implementing treatment plans
• Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided
• Supervise support staff, including PTAs and aides, to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
• Maintain a collaborative team environment with other staff members

Requirements:

• California licensed or license pending
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work as a team member with other staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
