We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team at Trinity Employment Specialists in Broken Arrow, OK. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and modifying CNC programs for both production and R&D runs, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with technology and machinery. In this role, you will collaborate with machine operators to perform quality checks during the manufacturing process, making manual adjustments as needed to meet specifications. You will also work closely with engineers to explore potential design improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and modify CNC programs for production and R&D runs
  • Collaborate with machine operators to perform quality checks and make manual adjustments as needed
  • Work with engineers to explore potential design improvements
  • Determine reference points, machine cutting paths, or hole locations and compute angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures
  • Compare encoded tapes or computer printouts with original part specifications and blueprints to verify accuracy of instructions
  • Perform preventative maintenance or minor repairs on machines

Requirements:

  • Experience with MasterCAM and FeatureCAM
  • Ability to adjust and troubleshoot programs on the fly
  • Familiarity with quality control processes
  • Prior CNC machining or programming experience (preferred)
