Salary and Benefits
We offer an extremely competitive salary of $90k-110k per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision healthcare plans, 401(K), life insurance, short and long-term disability, sick leave, and credit union membership.
Job Description
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for creating an engaging dining experience for customers, developing and mentoring a supportive team, and driving financial success for your restaurant. You will manage all aspects of the restaurant, including marketing and human resources, ensuring it meets the company's standards of quality, service, and operational excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent guest service skills, honesty, and integrity. A minimum of three years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager is required, along with open availability and a passion for mentoring others.
