Trainee Lube Technician Role:
Objective: Acquire and refine technical skills to achieve Flat Rate Lube Technician status.
Compensation: Starting at $15 per hour, with potential earnings increasing based on hours worked.
Flat Rate Lube Technician Role:
Objective: Achieve 100% Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) and enhance maintenance skills.
Compensation: Starting at $16 per flat rate hour, with earnings based on productivity.
Apprentice Technician Role:
Objective: Gain hands-on experience alongside expert technicians while completing necessary certifications.
Compensation: Salary of $42,500.
Line Technician Role:
Objective: Embark on a rewarding career as a technician with ongoing training and development opportunities.
Compensation: Starting salary of $52,500.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control with a focus on 100% Fixed Right First Time.
