Ultrasound Tech Swift Creek Free Standing ED PRN Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Tech to join our team at Johnston-Willis Hospital. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain high-quality ultrasound images of patients, utilizing your expertise and knowledge of scanning protocols.
  • Manage and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and diagnostic accuracy.
  • Utilize independent judgment and decision-making skills to administer diagnostic ultrasound procedures, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
  • Prepare examination rooms, monitor inventory, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Review exams for technical accuracy, ensuring adherence to established standards.
Requirements:
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification.
  • Vocational school graduate or equivalent experience.
