AI Security Specialist

This position plays a critical role in the Security Center of Excellence for PC and Smart Device business at Lenovo. As an AI Application Security Engineer, you will be responsible for performing thorough security reviews on various hardware, software, and services products. Your primary objective is to work closely with global Product teams to evaluate and address security risks, create comprehensive security requirements, model potential threats, review and improve product designs, and assess release candidates.
The ideal candidate has academic training and industry experience with generative AI product design and development, as well as AI application security and classic application security. This expertise enables them to build and maintain secure AI systems that meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing security requirements for AI products.
- Reviewing product designs, modeling threats, and providing feedback to development teams.
- Reviewing product release candidates, assessing security risks, and driving mitigation of vulnerabilities.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest testing tools and techniques.
