Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Podiatrist to provide comprehensive care within long-term care settings. This role is an excellent opportunity to positively impact patient lives while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' feet and legs to diagnose various conditions.
- Administer treatment for injuries affecting the feet and legs, including fractures and skin conditions.
- Prescribe medications to alleviate joint pain and recommend orthotic solutions to improve mobility.
- Advise patients on foot care and overall wellness strategies.
- Order additional medical tests as required based on initial evaluations.
Qualifications
- Valid DPM license
- DEA License
- Experience in long-term care settings
