Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HSEQ Manager to join our team at Resolve Marine. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our HSEQ culture and developing, implementing, and managing our HSEQ system to support our strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HSEQ System: Develop, implement, and manage an effective HSEQ system to support our business operations.
  • Lead HSEQ Culture: Drive our HSEQ culture by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring strict adherence to our policies and procedures.
  • Manage HSEQ Resources: Ensure we have the necessary HSEQ resources to support our business operations.
  • Prepare HSEQ Reports: Prepare and implement overall HSEQ plans, including audit schedules, and lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual HSEQ reporting.
  • Lead HSEQ Training: Lead HSEQ operational safety training within the company.
  • Manage Document Control: Manage the document control process within our organization.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relative experience in QA/QC and HSE programs in an industrial, manufacturing, or vessel environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record developing, implementing, and leading health, safety, security, and environmental risk management; proven track record developing, implementing, and leading quality management systems; pragmatic approach with proven leadership skills in a collaborative environment; superior interpersonal and effective communication skills; ability to manage crucial conversations and conflict resolution; flexible and able to manage multifaceted projects; strong at prioritizing multiple competing priorities; participative management style with a strong team orientation; sound judgment supported by credibility and decisiveness.
Travel Requirements

Up to 30% travel is required. If additional travel is required beyond the specified amount, based on operational demand, you will be notified accordingly so arrangements can be made.
