Salary & Benefits
This full-time opportunity offers a highly competitive annual salary range of $177K-$182K, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
Job Description
You will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients, including conducting thorough health assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Your expertise and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have completed 3600 hours of clinical work and hold independent practice authority. You should be comfortable working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, and possess a strong desire to positively impact people who may be overlooked or underserved. Part-time candidates must be willing to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
