About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for Alex Prado - State Farm Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase retention and cross-sell opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with agents to understand their needs and develop customized sales plans to meet those needs.
  4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation

We offer a competitive estimated annual salary of $50,000 to $70,000 based on experience and performance.
