A BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing supportive supervision, and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs). The ideal candidate will foster growth, confidence, and a positive impact on the children we serve.

• Conduct behavioral assessments, such as functional analyses and skill-based assessments, to create a deep understanding of each child's unique needs and strengths.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and BTs within your caseload, empowering them to make a meaningful difference.
• Monitor client progress, reviewing data to ensure advancements toward treatment goals and adjust interventions thoughtfully.
• Offer training to parents, guardians, and caregivers on ABA principles and practical strategies to support progress outside of formal sessions.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of clients during all treatment sessions, actively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues.
