Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Golden Nugget Danville. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property's maintenance and repair functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on assigned shift, including corrective, emergency, and preventive maintenance projects.
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Identify and diagnose deficiencies in HVAC systems, alarm systems, and generators, and take corrective action.
  • Assist with creating and following a preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Perform mid-level to advanced level painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects as needed.
  • Assist with ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; certification in a trade and 4-6 years' experience in facilities maintenance or a combination of education/experience.
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork.
Working Conditions

This is a 3rd shift position (midnight to 8am) that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
