Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Radius Medical Group. As a Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and specialty care to pediatric patients, including health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families on health management, and provide emotional support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate referrals as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
