Position Title: Marketing Representative

Overview:

The Marketing Representative will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies aimed at boosting patient referrals and strengthening the brand identity of PartnerCare. This position requires collaboration with healthcare professionals, fostering relationships with referral sources, and implementing marketing initiatives that effectively showcase the value of our services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic plans to enhance patient referrals from healthcare providers, hospitals, and other sources.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with referring physicians, healthcare practitioners, and community stakeholders.
  • Develop and oversee marketing initiatives, including digital outreach, social media engagement, email campaigns, and printed materials.
  • Conduct market analysis and assess patient demographics to uncover growth opportunities and areas needing enhancement.
  • Organize and participate in networking events, conferences, and meetings to elevate the clinic's profile and services.
  • Supervise the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and website content.
  • Evaluate and report on the success of marketing strategies, utilizing data to refine approaches and enhance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure marketing efforts align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in healthcare marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare marketing or pharmaceutical/medical device sales, ideally within a pain management or medical specialty context.
  • Strong grasp of referral-based marketing and a proven track record in relationship-building with healthcare providers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information to varied audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as necessary for promotional activities.
