About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Willows Lodge, a luxurious retreat in Woodinville, Washington. As a key member of the Pyramid Global Hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our property, including Barking Frog, Fireside Lounge, Banquets, and Room Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients and culinary creativity
  • Manage and direct a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor expenses, and inventory levels to achieve budgetary goals
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage leadership team to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards for food quality and presentation
Requirements
  • Culinary degree and 6-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in a fine-dining environment, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Current WA State food handler's permit
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000.00/Yr. - $140,000.00/Yr., based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, long term disability insurance, and life insurance under our existing group plans. You will also be eligible for our 401(k) retirement plan with employer match following 1 year of service under our existing plan.
