The Department of Medicine at Rutgers University is seeking a qualified Transplant Nephrologist to enhance our esteemed Division of Nephrology.

Position Overview: This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team of nephrologists to deliver exceptional clinical services at our affiliated hospitals and academic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for renal and pancreas transplant candidates, recipients, and living donors.
• Conduct pre-transplant evaluations and manage inpatient care for transplant recipients.
• Oversee post-transplant follow-up in outpatient settings.
• Support on-call nephrology services for transplant-related inquiries.
• Engage in daily educational rounds with fellows and house staff, including didactic lectures.
• Review and analyze medical records, laboratory results, and diagnostic imaging for transplant candidates and recipients.
