Claims Processor

Forest River, Inc., a leading manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses, and Boats, is seeking a skilled Claims Processor to join our team. As a Claims Processor, you will play a critical role in processing warranty claims submitted by our dealer base.

• Process Warranty Claims: Review and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Answer Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding claims in a professional and courteous manner.
• Record Retention and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports related to warranty claims.
• Document Scanning: Scan and digitize documents related to warranty claims.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the warranty claims team as needed.

• Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing warranty claims.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to work efficiently in a computer-based environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our dealer and customer network.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Recreational Vehicle industry and willingness to learn about various components and systems.
