We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team at DISH. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and repairing DBS and related equipment that receive communication satellite signals for commercial customers, residential customers, and retail outlets.

• Install and test DBS and related equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Repair and maintain equipment to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on the use of their equipment
• Document all work completed and submit reports as required

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to stand on a high ladder for long periods of time and lift over 70 lbs
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
• Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service
