- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic imaging.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient needs, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current licensure as a Radiation Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completion of a radiation therapy program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
