As a Nursing Operations Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee patient flow, capacity, and transitions throughout the facility.
- Act as the primary nursing leader in the absence of management, making crucial decisions during emergencies and safety situations.
- Supervise nursing staff while balancing administrative duties to uphold the high-quality care standards for which St. Jude is renowned.
- Serve as a liaison between management and medical personnel, advocating for your team and collaborating with other leaders to ensure the delivery of superior patient care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are mandatory.
- Completion of FEMA IS-100 and IS-200 courses within one year.
- Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) certification or equivalent required within 12 months of eligibility.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- One year of supervisory or management experience is preferred.
Licensure:
Must possess a current nursing license in the state of primary residence, adhering to applicable regulations.
Compensation:
St. Jude offers a competitive salary range based on various factors, including skills, experience, and certifications. The estimated salary range for this position is $86,320 - $154,960 annually.
