KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Bakery Associate Duties:

• Interacts with customers to fulfill their needs
• Restocks and rotates bakery items
• Evaluates bakery goods for quality and freshness
• Organizes and presents merchandise attractively
• Utilizes airbrush sprayers for cake decoration
• Applies various cake decorating techniques with specialized tools

Additional Responsibilities:

• Processes customer orders
• Creates appealing displays
• Maintains cleanliness in the department, storage areas, and refrigeration units
• Receives and organizes deliveries in coolers/freezers
• Prepares and packages bakery products

Qualifications: Candidates must possess experience in commercial cake decoration. A friendly customer service demeanor, effective memory, excellent hand-eye coordination, reliability, ability to follow instructions, and a strong eagerness to learn are essential.

Work Environment: Typical exposure to varying weather conditions and temperature extremes. Time spent in coolers and freezers is limited to one hour at a time.
