Job Title: Housekeeping I

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping I to join our team at Ace Hardware Corporation. As a Housekeeping I, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the warehouse, including aisles, shelves, and equipment
  • Empty cardboard and trash from the warehouse and dispose of it properly
  • Maintain and clean stairwells, sidewalks, and other high-traffic areas
  • Remove damaged products and take them to the damage area
  • Order supplies for housekeeping and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Sanitize door handles, handrails, phones, and other high-touch areas
  • Clean windows and other glass surfaces
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
