About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team in Southern California. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of major capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including site superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP, preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 per year, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
