Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- ~ 1 year Nursing experience.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
