In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the home. As a Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide hospital-level care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, using our cutting-edge technology and innovative approach to healthcare delivery. Our skilled providers arrive onsite with the expertise and tools necessary to administer advanced medical care, supported by our technological infrastructure to ensure quality and to improve outcomes.

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

You will be responsible for providing direct, hospital-level, and post-acute level internal medicine care to patients in their homes, as well as creating and implementing multidisciplinary plans of care for patients on Advanced Care, Extended Care, and Bridge Care service lines. You will also provide overnight call coverage as assigned and in collaboration with the Advanced Care clinical team, foster strong and longitudinal relationships with DispatchHealth Advanced Care and Acute Care APPs, and participate in program enhancement for Advanced Care, Extended Care, and Bridge Care service lines.
