At JOE HUDSON'S COLLISION CENTER, we are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality auto body repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of experience in auto body repair, with a strong focus on metal pulling, roof repair, stud welding, rocker panels, and multiple panel repairs. You will be expected to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

- Perform duties associated with auto body repair, including disassembly, removal of auto equipment for repair access, and reassembly.
- Repair or replace defective parts.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including welders, soldering equipment, cutting torches, and sanders.
- Follow protocols provided for repairs.
- Strong, consistent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the desire to work in a team setting.
- Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of performing high-quality repairs using up-to-date methods.

- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions related to repairs, ask follow-up questions, and communicate effectively.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of three to five years of auto body experience required.
