Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, handling cash transactions, and maintaining the store's visual appeal. They must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty drinks, including espresso-based beverages and flavored coffee.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
