Job Summary

Davis Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking part-time Psychiatric Technicians to join our clinical teams at our residential mental health facilities and crisis recovery units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to clients experiencing behavioral health crises
  • Manage the daily activities and well-being of clients
  • Assist professional staff in group activities and skills development
  • Record client behaviors and activities
  • Ensure compliance with treatment plans and programs
  • Act as a liaison between clients, family, and professional staff
  • Provide supervision and structure for clients on-site and off-unit
  • Transport clients to meetings and approved activities
Requirements
  • High school graduation and one year of full-time employment in a related field
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Typing a net of 35-40 wpm preferred
  • Previous experience working as a Psychiatric Technician or in the social work industry is strongly preferred
