Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant in Cincinnati, OH. As an SLPA, you will work closely with our Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high-quality therapy services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to develop and implement treatment plans for clients with communication disorders.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to gather information about clients' communication abilities.
  • Administer individual and group therapy sessions to clients under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and exercises to enhance communication skills.
  • Support clients in developing social communication skills and educating them and their families on strategies for effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) from a recognized certifying organization.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with communication disorders is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
