Salary
$35 per hour with a $10,000 signing bonus for Level 3 certification across Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands, and $5,000 for fully certified technicians willing to switch from another manufacturer.

Job Description
As an Automotive Technician at our dealership, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles, testing and diagnosing issues, and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues. You will work closely with our Service Advisors to ensure seamless communication and efficient completion of tasks.

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and according to dealership policies and procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as an Automotive Technician at our dealership, you will need:

• 3+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• BASIC computer skills.
