Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef & Business Manager to lead our culinary team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing culinary strategies, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Develop and implement innovative menu concepts, manage kitchen operations, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Business Development: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Team Management
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of culinary professionals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Operations Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Financial Management: Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
  • Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that drive business growth and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior culinary leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certification, ServSafe Certification, or equivalent.
