We are seeking a skilled Sushi Trainee to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Sushi Trainee, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality sushi products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients for sushi menu items, following proper recipes and knife skills.
- Assist in the preparation of sushi rolls, including raw, cooked, and veggie options.
- Provide exceptional customer service, educating customers on our sushi products and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Multitask and balance prep work to ensure timely and high-quality results.
