Position Overview:

The Medical College of Wisconsin and Children's Wisconsin are seeking a board-certified or eligible pediatrician to join their Department of Pediatrics Community Hospitalist Medicine Program in Neenah, Wisconsin. This is an ideal position for a pediatric specialist looking to work in a world-class academic medicine environment while living in a thriving metropolitan area perfect for raising a family and surrounded by incredible natural beauty.

Key Highlights:

Collaborate with a dedicated, collegial, and growing team of 12 pediatric hospitalists
Full-time opening with 2000 hours annually, 6-7 shifts monthly
24-hour shifts providing coverage for pediatric admissions, inpatient unit, deliveries, and infusion clinic

Responsibilities:

Provide all aspects of patient care from admission to discharge, caring for patients newborn through 18-years old, collaborating with primary care physicians and specialists. The role is employed by the Medical College of Wisconsin and provides care at Children's Wisconsin locations in Northeast Wisconsin. Both organizations are based in the Milwaukee area. The Medical College of Wisconsin pediatric specialty providers who work at the nationally ranked Children's Wisconsin are members of Children's Specialty Group, a strong group practice of more than 775 elite pediatric specialty physicians, advanced practice nurses, and physician assistants.

Requirements:

Candidates must have completed a pediatric residency and be board certified or eligible by The American Board of Pediatrics.
