Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in nursing and be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
