The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. HVAC certification is required, and 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing the upkeep of properties, including making ready apartments, running work order tickets, and conducting on-call maintenance emergencies.
  2. Supervising a maintenance team and motivating team members to achieve goals.
  3. Scheduling and completing preventative maintenance projects in a timely manner.
  4. Completing safety inspections and attempting all repairs in-house.
  5. Ensuring curb appeal by removing trash, inspecting sprinkler lines, and maintaining weed control.
  6. Responding to emergency calls and prioritizing service requests.
