Senior Collector

Job Summary

Texans Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Collector to join our team. As a Senior Collector, you will be responsible for collecting delinquencies while upholding our values and mission of member advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and resolve problems on delinquent accounts by contacting members via phone, mail, email, and text.
• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and maintain delinquency ratios and net charge-off ratios.
• Meet or exceed team-based and individual collection goals.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve issues and provide excellent member service.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of recent debt collection experience.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables.
• Self-motivated, detailed, and thorough work habits.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• PC knowledge and experience.
