Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients. As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, helping them to develop, recover, improve, and maintain skills needed for daily living and working.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, activities, and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Mexico
  • Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions and abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
