We are seeking a Configuration and Change Management Lead to join our team. This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in Configuration Management
    • The Configuration and Change Manager will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading all facets of Configuration and Change Management processes to enhance and uphold the technical baseline of IT systems.
  • Documentation and Planning
    • Develop comprehensive documentation and implement strategic plans for configuration and change control across IT programs, ensuring effective integration with related processes. The C/CM will perform assessments and continuously monitor the IT environment for adherence to established Change and Configuration management protocols, focusing on process efficiency and improvement.
Qualifications
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in leading configuration and change control initiatives, including management of the change control board.
    • Proven track record of conducting design reviews, configuration audits, and product evaluations to ensure proper identification and control of IT system baselines.
    • Extensive experience in enforcing compliance with government policies and maintaining quality control standards.
    • Demonstrated ability to regulate the change process, ensuring that only validated changes are implemented within the IT environment.
    • Expertise in maintaining original configurations of requirements, designs, software, hardware, and associated documentation.
    • Strong understanding of IT and business requirements, with the capability to lead development, testing, and deployment of enhancements based on those requirements.
    • Proficient in identifying and communicating risks and opportunities to IT teams and management.
    • Experience in creating training materials and conducting sessions on Configuration and Change Management principles to promote adherence across the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to support Information Assurance through effective configuration management of Information Systems (IS) to facilitate security and risk management.
    • Proven skills in establishing and maintaining IT Configuration Items (CIs).
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Certifications
    • ITIL v.4 Certification is required.
  • Desired Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe), Software Development, and Project Management methodologies.
    • Preferred certifications in Configuration Management (NDIA, CMII, or CMPIC) and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
  • Security Clearance Requirements
    • U.S. Citizenship is required, along with an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
