Financial Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team at Coal Country Community Health Center in Beulah, North Dakota.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare financials and previous Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience. Our organization is committed to providing high-quality care to patients of all ages, with a focus on quality primary care, behavioral health, and wellness.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the organization. This position reports to and works closely with the CEO in recognizing and analyzing opportunities for reducing costs, increasing income, and improving the organization's financial position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization.
• Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and lead high-performing teams within the accounting and finance department.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, leadership, and board members.
