Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, paid weekly, plus benefits such as best-in-class medical, dental, vision, and LTD/STD coverage.

Job Description
As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the success of high-impact projects by monitoring and optimizing timelines, budgets, and resources. You will develop the CPM Baseline Schedule in Primavera, integrate subcontractor schedules into the Master Schedule, and update the schedule weekly. You will also analyze cost for the project and assist the project manager in cost forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6
  • Integrate subcontractor schedules into the Master Schedule
  • Update the schedule weekly and report any deviations from the plan
  • Analyze cost for the project and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist the project manager in cost forecasting and budgeting

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in project controls
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
