We are seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Technician to join our team at East Coast Toyota. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and vehicle quality.

Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity that offers competitive compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose complex vehicle problems using technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and experience
  • Repair or replace faulty parts, ensuring all work meets or exceeds manufacturer standards
  • Test and inspect repaired vehicles to ensure satisfactory performance
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and sales goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • ASE certifications preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
