Quality Control Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at Cherokee Federal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring operational compliance with contract specifications and internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to guarantee operational compliance with contract specifications and internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Site Director in developing, enhancing, reviewing, and evaluating processes and procedures in accordance with our Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
  • Ensure strict adherence to contract terms, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Analyze organizational and operational problems to develop timely and economical solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and track action plans to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and health and safety guidelines.
  • Provide detailed updates to leadership, strategic partners, and stakeholders by participating in meetings and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials.
  • Keep accurate documentation of all activities, assessments, reports, findings, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree desired and three years of documented experience in quality control management or other compliance-related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of operations within a multi-functional organization, encompassing areas such as public works, medical services, food service, recreation, education, housing, logistics, and social service functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral, visual, and written.
  • Proficient computer skills working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple work sites and teams.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to comfortably interact with senior-level personnel.
  • Outstanding interaction skills, tact, and team-building skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to employ logical reasoning for analyzing and identifying underlying principles, reasons, or facts related to information or data, leading to informed conclusions.
