Lot Attendant/Cart Collector

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cart Attendant/Cart Collector. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lot and store interior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
- Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
- Safely use snow removal equipment to remove snow.
- Process perishable and salvage returns.
- Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
- Work with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes, and parking lot areas.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral.
Requirements:
- Highly-organized with a keen sense for details.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling product or using various equipment.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
