Job Summary

This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice. The successful candidate will utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to provide high-quality care, promoting healing and timely discharge for our patients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
  • Formulate a plan of care, incorporating patient-specific needs, assessment data, and medical plans.
  • Implement care through direct patient interaction, coordination, delegation, and supervision of the healthcare team.
  • Evaluate patient response to care and revise the plan as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure. BLS certification is also required. Experience in acute care settings, particularly in critical care areas, is highly desirable.
