Practice Details
  • **Practice Type:** Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
  • **Location:** Multiple locations in the surrounding cities of San Bernardino, Ontario, Fontana, Colton, East Los Angeles, and Pomona, CA
  • **Job Type:** 100% outpatient position
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Benefits
  • **Competitive Salary:** $270,000 - $300,000 based on experience and volumes
  • **Production Bonus System:** Incentivize productivity and quality of care
  • **Benefits Package:** Medical, Dental, Vision coverage for doctor and family, 403B retirement with 4% match, and $350,000 in life insurance
  • **Relocation Assistance:** Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation support
