Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Warehouse.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Fulfill customer orders generated by the parts counter and external sales.
Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as required.
Coordinate delivery routes with fellow parts staff.
Deliver parts in the absence of a designated driver.
Unload and process returned items to the dealership.
Manage outgoing parcel and LTL shipments.
Handle unloading and processing of bulk stock from incoming orders.
Ensure that invoices and packing slips correspond with the products and quantities being delivered and received.
Report any urgent maintenance or safety concerns to management.
Maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
Assist with stocking and organizing orders upon arrival to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale clients.
Conduct cycle counts for ongoing inventories.
Ensure efficient and practical inventory flow within the warehouse.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write basic correspondence.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations in various units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to execute written or oral instructions.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver's License
