IT Project Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at New Charter Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud migrations, network installations, and server upgrades.
  • Plan and execute Azure cloud migrations and Microsoft 365 migrations.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their IT needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our service offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on project-based work.
  • Proficiency in Azure, VMware, Windows Server, Fortinet, Ruckus, and Cisco technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to be fearless and have a professional assertive attitude, with a goal-driven mentality.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
Salary Range:

$75k to $95k Dependent on Experience

Physical Requirements:

Work is primarily knowledge-worker-oriented using computer systems. Constant use of computer (keyboard/mouse), and phone. Visually inspects, prepares, and analyzes data & figures, and views computer constantly.
